Shannon Burns, RN

Shannon’s compassion and kindness have made a huge difference in my recovery. She genuinely is concerned about me, and that has meant a lot to me. Shannon listened to my story, and I really felt heard. I do not think my recovery would have been the same if I didn’t have Shannon. She was thorough with my medications and kept on top of them for me and for my pain control. She made me feel at home, just like my mom was taking care of me. We talked about home life, animals, and what shows we like to watch. I appreciate Shannon from the bottom of my heart! Thank you so much!
