Shannon Childers was the nurse that presided over my 96-year-old mother's admittance to the ER with 102 degree temp / pneumonia. She is the only nurse I've ever had or met that told me exactly what she was doing at every step of the way, why things were being done, had a wonderful sense of humor, and positive attitude - made my mother feel like a queen. She highly complimented the doctor she worked with and was the epitome of professionalism - explained every test, every issue so thoroughly! SO REFRESHING!
