Since joining our team less than a year ago, Shannon has made a profound impact. Not just on the flow of our unit, but on the people within it. Shannon has a way of leading both with her heart and her hands. She goes above her management role and shows up consistently in the kind of quiet and humble ways that make an impact on everyone she works with.

I have witnessed her personally contribute her own time and money to support co-workers in need.
