I have had the pleasure of having her for several out-patient experiences. I have had many injections recently, I have had her put in a PICC line in my arm and she just made me “feel good” about a somewhat scary procedure. Not only that but it was done quick and painless. Every time I have had her she is just like sunshine- all smiles. She makes crappy procedures seem not so bad. She is fast, efficient, and always professional. Shannon is a jack of all trades but also great at whatever she does. She also just has the best hair. She welcomes you and makes you comfortable talking about other things then gets down to business. I think that she is one of the BEST all-around employees that St. Mary’s has. Shannon is a straight ROCK STAR! Shannon YOU ROCK!
