As soon as I met Shannon she was determined to get a smile on my face! She was so down to earth, answered all the complicated questions I had and put them into understandable terms. She made my whole stay amazing! I was lucky and got her as my nurse twice! She was always on time and I got all the help I needed. She was also really great at sticking me with a needle. I believe she is an amazing nurse and she definitely deserves this award. Thank you Shannon.
