Oh my gosh, I have no words to describe my thanks for Shannon during one of the hardest nights ever after being told to go spend the night with my newborn baby at the hospital on Christmas Eve. She was BEYOND amazing in setting up our whole room for a Christmas night party and brought in decorations, and stockings for my son and my daughter who got to come to see him and completely changed our outlook on the night ahead. I cannot thank her enough for making the toughest night become one of the most memorable we've ever had. She deserves this award and more. Thank you so, so much! The world needs more people like her.
