Shannon treated me really nice and took care of my needs as a patient and explained everything to me as I was being treated and she also bought me water and snacks as needed. The second time I came she stopped by and we chatted, and she took good care of me. She's my hero, friend. I would not be here after the first time at the hospital, but Shannon and other nurses and doctors saved me and turned everything around for me, and for that, I will be eternally grateful to Shannon.
The second time I arrived at the hospital by ambulance and was taken to the private triage room Shannon met me with a warm big smile and warm hello. I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Shannon attending to me. She's my angel in blue and a real hero. I'm glad God blessed me with a great friend and nurse. I will never forget what Shannon did for me. I owe her my debt of gratitude and respect. Shannon is an extraordinary nurse.
