Shannon went above and beyond in the care she provided for me and my family. She was able to assist me in staying calm and well cared for in an extremely traumatizing situation. She took the extra time to assure all of my medications were ordered and given at the times I take them at home. Shannon made herself available to answer all of my questions and my family's questions. Shannon is exceptional in the care she provides; she gives her patients knowledge and outstanding delivery of care. I am truly honored to have had her as my nurse.
