Shannon had a large impact on my stay at the Community Mental Health Center. She always treated me with respect and is truly a genuine caring person. She was easy to communicate with especially when my words and comprehension of things would get out of sorts. She helped me regain focus on my care. We shared a Christmas memory on Christmas Eve on how she bought her four children matching PJ's. As I child I always thought brand new PJ's were the best. My brother had come in that day and brought a gift of new PJ's for me. Shannon had to literally get me in my PJ's that very night. I will always be grateful to her for the care and compassion she showed. She is definitely one of those angels never to be forgotten. God Bless Shannon!
