As noted by many of Shannon's colleagues, she has always gone above and beyond for her patients. No matter whether it is a holiday, afterhours, or weekends, she has taken a tremendous amount of her personal time to assist a cardiac patient and his family with his medications and blood sugar checks. She has been very creative in assisting the patient and his wife and these actions have prevented many medication errors and misses.
