My daughter, J, is hospitalized here frequently. She has psychiatric issues, as well as frequent kidney failure. She can be difficult to deal with. Shannon has been very understanding and comforting to J, and overall, very helpful to me and J's father. Shannon understands J's condition, anytime we arrive she speaks with us. During one of J's admissions, she had not taken her psych meds, and was even more difficult. Shannon was very much considerate of her.
