Shannon really made my night! I had a really hard day working on feedings for my daughter, R. I called in the evening to check in and got her nurse, Shannon. She gave me so much time and support which was very encouraging and reassuring. I am so grateful for her amazing, positive attitude that got me through a bump in the road. It was always exciting to have Shannon as a nurse. Thank you to Shannon for such great support!
