Shannon Kilgore, RN

Shannon was recognized by a patient who stayed at our facility for a week. The patient stated that their entire care team gave extemporary care from the RNs, techs, transporters, housekeeping, and students! The staff always greeted her with a smile, was professional, anticipated all of her needs, and was timely and responsive to all her requests. There was genuine concern for her care. She felt safe and listened to. The patient specifically chose Shannon to nominate due to having Shannon as her nurse for several days of her stay. Shannon was attentive and cared for the patient above and beyond!
