Shannon Leahy, BSN, RN, CPN

Shannon was nominated by her nurse manager as a shining example of empathy and compassion. Shannon established a strong bond with a child and their family who was at end of life. She took it upon herself to come and see the child on her days off to ensure someone was always at their bedside as a physical presence. The family members were very appreciative of her kindness and goes to show the extraordinary capacity of the power of human connection and love. Shannon is a beautiful soul with the biggest heart!
