Shannon was able to answer our questions despite not being on her usual floor. She went above and beyond to get us answers as quickly as possible and explain it to all of our family members. Her love in helping my grandfather and her willingness to get us answers shows how great a nurse she is. It was very obvious the floor was super busy.

Shannon took extra time to explain all the meds I was being given and printed out the information on them and their side effects. She is very thorough in all her checks of my IVs and needs. Over a week here and Shannon has been the best of the BEST. All our nurses have been great! Thank you.
