She is not just a skilled nurse; she embodies a spirit of compassion and kindness that resonates deeply with her patients.
This nurse helped educate an anxious patient and got him to an SNF for better care. He and his complex social issues, she addressed. He decided to go to the skilled nursing facility. Thank you. Very professional and caring.

We spoke last Thursday before I was discharged. I just want to put in writing some of the things we discussed. I was very impressed with all of the nurses during my recent stay in the hospital. Without exception, I was treated professionally by all. I was admitted and discharged, and I apologize that I did not write down names, or I would include them here. During my entire stay, I was treated with caring, respect, and kindness by your staff. I was touched and grateful for their care, and it made what could've been a negative experience a comfortable stay.
One person I would like to thank personally (I took a picture of her oncology nursing certificate that's displayed on the wall so I could remember her name) is Shannon. She is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Because of her oncology background, she was able to help me understand the ramifications of the treatment I was given and answer my questions. She even took the time to look up and verify her answers when necessary, which, in my mind, is going above and beyond! One other thing Shannon noticed when I was walking up/down the hall to keep from getting weak was that I didn't have a robe over my gown. She asked if I would like one. Seriously, walking around in just a gown is dicey business because it is so common that the gown is flapping open or stuck in underwear or whatever. It's a worry the whole time! Maybe a small thing to others, but HUGE to me! I had no idea they were available to use and was ecstatic! It made my walks so much more pleasant, not having that worry. I'm grateful she noticed.
Thank you for your wonderful nurses!

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend this nurse for her exceptional nursing care and the positive impact she has on her patients. During a recent round, I had the pleasure of speaking with a patient who could not say enough wonderful things about her.

The patient expressed how much he enjoyed this nurse's bubbly and contagious personality, which greatly enhanced his experience during his time in care. He noted that not only was she extremely thorough in addressing his medical concerns, but she also took the time to listen to him share stories about his beloved cat. This ability to connect on a personal level truly sets her apart.
She is not just a skilled nurse; she embodies a spirit of compassion and kindness that resonates deeply with her patients. Her genuine warmth and attentive nature make her a wonderful companion for those in her care, and it is clear that she has a heart of gold.

I am greatly appreciative of all the care she provides to her patients and the positive atmosphere she creates. I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her nursing career and make a significant impact wherever she goes.
