Shannon is extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything to my wife and me in terms we understood. She also got us material regarding our procedure and talked to us about it. Shannon is very kind and compassionate. She has a very friendly attitude. We were lucky to have her two days in a row.
I was brought by a squad from Belleview Med Center. After my procedure, I was taken to a room, and Shannon was my nurse (also for Sunday and Monday). She is a very caring person. Her compassion and quality of care towards me were excellent.
She explained everything to me in terms I understood and was very attentive to my needs. She never acted like I was a bother - my wife and I both feel she displayed extraordinary care. She showed respect to us at all times.
