Shannon M Falzone, RN

Shannon cared for a patient transferred from ICU and made comfort care. The daughter was angry and in denial. Shannon gave extra attention and pampering to the family. She made the family little bottles with the patient’s heart rate slip. This small but beautiful gesture blew the daughter away. Shannon went above and beyond for this family to ensure she had something of her mother to grieve with.
