Shannon was such a pleasure to have as a nurse for our son. She always had an upbeat attitude and truly seems to enjoy her job. She has a great sense of humor and would smile and laugh when I would sing country music to our son. And I have a terrible voice. Her sunny disposition and superb care helped a lot during this difficult time.
