Shannon is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She answered our many questions and always kept us informed. She came in regularly and made sure we had whatever we needed. One day she fixed soup because I missed a meal due to tests. She always tried her best to make sure I was comfortable. We feel she has all the qualities of an extraordinary nurse.
