I was admitted after surgery when blood and clots began filling my bladder and clogging the catheter. Shannon spent hours literally flushing and evacuating the catheter to try to ease the pain and bladder spasms.

She was determined, caring, funny, confident, reassuring, skilled, and incredibly kind. The consummate professional, she put me at ease. I feel blessed and fortunate that she was there that day. It was better than winning the lottery.
