Shannon exhibited great knowledge, passion, and enjoyment in helping others through her job.
She stepped in and advocated with the different teams on my daughter’s behalf when they weren’t understanding her or she wasn’t fully communicating to them what she needed. She encouraged her in conversations and when walking the hall. She supported us through tears and PTSD from previous bad hospital experiences from home. She was always on top of meds and taking care of any need that came up. She exhibited great knowledge, passion, and enjoyment in helping others through her job. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
