Shannon was such a joy. She made my stay very comfortable, always coming to my room very cheerful and helpful. If she did not have the answers to my questions, she always found someone that did. She made me feel like I was her most important patient and that is an awesome quality to have! She is a wonderful asset to have at UnityPoint.
