Shannon Pierce 2, Certified RN

Shannon has shown so much passion for her job. She came on to the unit and tended to a patient, made her feel needed, and validated her feelings. She took the time out to bathe the patient and made sure the patient had clean sheets. She stayed with the patient to feed her. She would check on the patient every day to make sure her needs were met. Shannon is truly amazing as a nurse manager! Thank you Shannon for everything you do and for putting our patients first.
