Shannon Russell, Registered Midwife

Shannon received a nomination from a patient whom she supported during two childbirths. The first sadly resulted in a bereavement; however, the second resulted in a successful childbirth. The patient praised Shannon for the care provided during this time. The nomination detailed the compassionate care and expertise provided. Shannon provided support throughout the pregnancies and went above and beyond by being present at the most difficult times. The patient says that Shannon has now become a big part of their story and family and is "truly an Angel."
