I have the utmost respect and gratitude - you are meant to be a nurse - it shines through with everything you do. Smallest reassuring smile to the few extra minutes you took to explain my care plan. You never left me in my room worried, anxious or without all the info you could provide to give me some peace of mind. It's people/nurses like you that make all the difference.
