Shannon went above and beyond during a difficult time for me. My son was stillborn and I was being induced to have him. She made sure I was comfortable and at peace during such a difficult time. She helped to arrange meetings with the chaplain and walked me through what was to come after my son was born. She showed an incredible amount of empathy during the time I most needed it. She is truly an amazing nurse.
