My brother was in the hospital here for a long time. Shannon took the time to explain and answer all our questions. He didn't hesitate to jump in and help other nurses and show them how to take care of a wound to make sure it was easier and less painful on my brother, and easier on the other nurses. He treated us like a friend, stopped by often to see if we needed anything, and to check on my brother. He is a very special nurse and is so caring.
