From the day my daughter was admitted, Shannon took extra care to explain the processes of the hospital and do many small but thoughtful things to make us more comfortable. Although my daughter did not require much in the way of medical support, Shannon always checked in when she had to check on her other patients. She was always very upbeat and kind.

It was very thoughtful because it showed she actually listened and remembered details about our life and family.
