Shannon Smith 2024, RN

Shannon was my mom’s nurse on the day of her discharge. My mother was going home to die. We were told my mom would be released between 4-5 pm, and Shannon helped get my mom discharged and an ambulance to take her home sooner. My mom wanted to die at home. Mom passed away just a few minutes after we got her home. Thank you for helping us fulfill Mom’s final wish. Shannon went above and beyond their job duties that day. You are awesome.
