Shannon was taking care of my mom for possible stroke symptoms vs other neuro problems. When the doctor came in the room she stood by my mom to listen to concerns. Shannon ADVOCATED for her regarding these concerns. Shannon was always very willing and stayed on top of things regarding what was going on. Shannon was super nice and a genuine nurse.
