There is a sweet lady who is being transferred to a hospital six hours away and is waiting on an ambulance to take her at 9 am the following day. Shannon has made sure she has three warm meals and has walked and talked with this person in the hallways for the past hour because the patient didn’t want to stay in her room. She has shown exceptional care and compassion with this sweet lady.
