My daughter had been in bed for 7 days; her hair was matted and knotted. Shannon Woodson took time out of her night to help me put conditioner in my daughter's hair, wash and brush all the knots out of it. She held my daughter's hair and brushed strand by strand, so it did not pull and hurt. This took up a lot of time. Shannon was patient, smiled, and tried to keep my daughter laughing the whole time. Her hair was so tangled I thought we were going to have to cut it.
