My husband was admitted to the hospital for the first time in his life. Upon meeting Shanny, she came into the room and introduced herself, washed her hands and explained everything she was doing or about to do. She took the time to explain what she was doing related to the care and she took the time to see if we understood and to make sure we knew when she would be coming back and what to expect upon her return. Shanny also made sure before she would leave the room if we understood and had any questions. She showed us that she was really concerned about the care of my husband and also the understanding of his family. She also took the time out to listen and understand what we experienced. She reassured my family of the values of Jackson. Because of Shanny my family could relax and focus on the road to recovery of my husband and not stress about the care he would receive.
