A simple “thank you” will never be enough to express my gratitude to Shantel during my unexpected stay. From my first interaction, she worked diligently to address all my concerns/questions. She was very attentive to my needs, all while giving the same care and attention to the rest of her patients on the floor.

The compassion she showed me while I was scared was the kindest thing a stranger has ever done for me. I felt these actions were truly genuine. Cherish this woman for years to come!
