Shany Baby was exceptionally skilled, patient, and extremely accommodating to my mom's constantly changing needs which ranged from: glucose monitoring, BP, pain management, agitation and paranoia delusions related to dementia and the side effects of a psychotic medication she was given. While Shany's expertise in so many different areas was simply astounding, what impressed me more was her compassion, kindness, and empathy. I felt that she truly cared about not only my mom's needs but mine as well. She addressed all of my concerns directly and promptly and even when under great duress, remained cheerful and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond whatever is required or expected and it was tremendously appreciated.
