Shao Mei Tan's quiet and gentle way makes me feel that she really cares. She takes my comfort into account going beyond routine duty. When Shao is in the room, I feel that I have her full attention which helps reduce my stress. Shao explains everything clearly which allows me to feel prepared. She pays detailed attention to wound care for example. She is one step ahead of my expectation when it comes to response time and preparation for exams.
