Shara is a compassionate nurse and person, and it is amazing to see her in action. Every time I work with her, I learn something new on how to go the extra mile and actually change someone's life. This comes so naturally to Shara that she doesn't even notice the impact she has on our lives and the lives of her patients and their family members. As a charge nurse, Shara never lets down her team members. She will stay late, work harder, and encourage others through it all. Shara's patients are always comfortable, clean, and happy. Her selflessness is something we all should strive for. Shara is a true healer.
