Shari Hill the Critical Care Manager is an excellent problem solver! My mother was a patient in the ICU and we had some issues that needed to be addressed. Shari came right away and listened to my concerns. She started working immediately to make things right. She was hands-on, working personally with my Mother. She made sure that all issues were solved. After my mother was moved to CCU, Shari came several times to check on us. We really appreciate her hands-on approach and personal touch!! Shari Hill is excellent at what she does!!
