My mom was brought to Orange Coast Memorial by the paramedics with chest pains. She went from the ER to the Telemetry unit where we met nurse Shari-Lynne. She has been very caring to my mom and has gone above and beyond making our experience at the hospital less stressful. I was waiting in the visitor waiting room while my mom was asleep and she came to tell me how she was doing. She also came with us to the GI area when my mom was going to have a procedure. It was really nice that she escorted us as it made us feel secure. I feel she deserves this award for a job well done.
