Shari makes her hard job look easy because of her confident and kind attitude! Every interaction is pleasant and also educational to patient and family. We learned a lot about our own basic health and we feel confident about everything. Even when she's with another patient, she is so prompt about coming back to us.

I was napping after surgery (having not slept the night before) and she did not want to disturb me or my wife. She explained everything so we could understand and has such an infectious, cheerful outlook, she made my stay so much better! She explained after care and what to expect to my wife and I. She definitely goes way above and beyond. She celebrates my small victories in healing/walking. Truly a credit to nurses everywhere! Thank you!

She is always smiling. I told her I really needed to wash my hair and she immediately went to get this special cap that helps with that, and then worked the cap so it would work right. At night when I couldn't sleep she brought me a heated blanket and tucked me in. She is dedicated to excellence by her work ethic and makes me feel better just by her presence.
