Ms. Sharizza shows a willingness to help and offers herself to someone in times of lacking staff.
Activities of daily living are essential and routine tasks that most young, healthy individuals can perform without assistance. The inability to accomplish essential activities of daily living that 90% of our clients may lead to unsafe conditions and poor quality of life. Ms. Sharizza performed beyond expectation and full-heartedly did the task of changing and cleaning the diaper soaked with feces and urine without any complaints. Dissipate any dispute and demands of the patient or sitter given to her. These activities of daily living highlight the role of PRIDE (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Expertise) in assessing ADLs to enhance patient care and management. She is aware of the importance of assessing ADL in patients to help ensure that patients who require assistance. She shows a willingness to help and offers herself to someone in times of lacking staff. Helping someone accomplish the tasks allocated and attending to the patient's needs even if that is not allocated to her was an extraordinary deed. In the end, the patient's great satisfaction and appreciation from her patient’s sitter and coworker were heard. The action might be common but the output has a greater impact not only on her patient but also on the people surrounding her.
