Sharleen is very compassionate to her patients; she sits at the bedside and holds her patient's hands while trying to have a conversation with them, or just trying to calm them down when they feel anxious, fearful or even agitated. She does this out of the kindness of her heart. Sharleen is always calm and not easily flustered when issues arise. She always makes sure to resolve problems as best as she possibly can.

Sharleen always smiles and is great at returning phone calls. She is always on time; she will stop and listen to you if you need to be heard. She is compassionate with all of our patients, family members and children. She always made sure that my dad was clean, she is truly awesome.
