Sharon Adams is an outstanding nurse. She provides excellent care to not only her patients but others as well. She is always willing to help, and I have never heard her say anything negative or complain about her job. She manages conflict in a positive and constructive manner to resolve the situation. I have witnessed her remain positive many times when others are not. Sharon demonstrates a caring and loving attitude to everyone on the unit including babies, parents, and all other employees. I have watched her comfort and help guide parents of a newborn who was not her assignment. In my short time here at USA CW in the NICU as a student nurse, I have noticed that Sharon is the nurse who can work well with anyone. She is the nurse I want to work with. I have learned so much completing my practicum in the NICU, the one thing I always want to remember is to be a nurse like Sharon. She is so deserving of this award. I truly hope you recognize her for her outstanding hard work. Thank you, Sharon, for being an amazing NICU nurse! The impact you have made on my short nursing career thus far will last a lifetime.
