Sharon was by my side before, during and after surgery making sure that I was okay. When I was moved to PCU from recovery, my nursing care was wonderful. Sharon worked with the nurses to make sure my pain was controlled and that I was up moving as soon as possible. She never assumed that I understood my care but talked me through everything they were doing. My stay in PCU was amazing and upon discharge home, Sharon checked in with me or my family daily to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. To me, this was above and beyond the call of duty, especially during the holidays. I can see why the urology robotic program here is so successful because of the care that Sharon provides patients.
