Sharon went over info before surgery and was very thorough, to make sure all of my Father’s information was current and accurate. She explained all rep-op and post-op information, in good detail and we understood what to expect. She explained who would be assisting and what they were responsible for, where & what to expect post-op, who would be doing what and why. She reassured us about everything. She was very efficient in answering our questions, went over everything 2-3 times, so we didn’t miss anything. Sharon even took us on a tour of where he would be for recovery. She followed up on the phone and much more.
