I truly believe that Sharon Evans saved his life.
My husband was brought in by ambulance. His temperature at home was 104, and he was not himself. We arrived at approximately 6 pm. He had his vitals done, was put into a wheelchair, and brought to the waiting area. Little by little, he started getting worse. Having tremors, talking weirdly, and his eyes were hardly open. I went to the desk three times and told them he was getting worse, but they did nothing.

Around 11:45, he needed to use the restroom. I took him, and when we returned to the waiting room, I sat closer to the ER doors. There was a nurse, Sharon Evans, who had been taking patients back all evening. At midnight, she came out the doors, walked over to us, looked at my husband's armband, and then went to the computer. She brought back a blood pressure machine and thermometer. His blood pressure was 89/53, and his temperature would not register. His lips and nail beds were blue. She immediately turned him around and went through the ER doors, shouting orders along the way. She took him to a room with five nurses and started IVs and running labs. I found out my husband had a severe UTI with Sepsis and an infected kidney stone. He ended up going into surgery. I truly believe that Sharon Evans saved his life. Please know that I will be forever grateful for her services.
