Sharon, while dealing with a particularly crazy and challenging day, maintained her composure the whole day with true compassion and professionalism. Plus, a smile for everyone; patients and co-workers. It is so obvious she loves her job as well as Baptist. Her level of care was superb and was such an asset to not only her team but to her patients. She made me feel genuinely special and confident I was receiving the best care possible. Kudos to her and her beautiful smile. She definitely deserves recognition for being a phenomenal employee, and for making my stay as pleasant as a hospital stay can be.
