The patient had an undetermined autoimmune disease that was difficult to diagnosis and therefore difficult to treat. Sharon was compassionate from the beginning with helping to adjust in preparation for the end. She gave hugs freely and remembered where we left off the day before encouraging him to rest. She was kind and noted his expressions and she laughed with us. This experience with time, talking, and anticipating was a tremendous help and blessing in letting go for the healing process.
