This nurse is a true professional. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable. More importantly, if she isn’t sure of an answer she checks it out first and then imparts the knowledge on to you. This RN is always calm. I have seen her deal with different situations during my stay and she may or may not have felt ruffled--- all you saw was calm! She is courteous to patients and co-workers alike. Several times she told the CNA that she would do the vitals for her patients in order to lighten their load. Although I know this nurse had several patients, she always made me feel that I was a priority while she was in my room. She makes you feel that she truly cares and that you’re more than just a patient--- you’re family. I’m probably old enough to be her grandma (if she were my granddaughter I would be proud!). Anyway--- should I ever grow up--- I am going to strive to be more like her! Thank you to this RN and thank you to whoever was smart enough to hire her.
